1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bi333 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bi333 website at bi333.app, its mobile-optimised interface, casino, sportsbook, crash games section, and all related services. These Terms should be read alongside the bi333 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of the overall agreement between you and bi333.

By completing registration on bi333, by logging in to an existing account, or by accessing any part of the bi333 platform in any capacity, you confirm that:

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

This restriction exists to protect minors from the potential harms associated with gambling and is non-negotiable under bi333's operating policies.

bi333 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents from any player at any time, including but not limited to national identification cards, passports, or utility bills. Where a player fails to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe, bi333 may suspend the account and withhold any pending withdrawals until verification is complete or, where fraud is suspected, permanently close the account.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of bi333 services — including depositing funds, placing bets, playing casino games, and requesting withdrawals — you must register a player account. Registration at bi333 is free of charge. During registration you will be required to provide, at minimum, a valid username, a secure password, and contact details. bi333 uses this information to manage your account, process transactions, and communicate with you regarding your activity on the platform.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on bi333. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details or different details — is a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bi333 will close all associated accounts and may void any bets, bonuses, or winnings generated through the duplicate account or accounts.

Account security is your responsibility. You must:

• Keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Use a password that is unique to your bi333 account and sufficiently strong to resist unauthorised access.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when accessing bi333 on a shared or public device.

bi333 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where such access resulted from the player's failure to keep credentials secure. bi333 will, however, take prompt action to investigate and secure any account where unauthorised access is reported in good faith.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Players must not use the bi333 platform for the purpose of money laundering or any other financial crime. Deposits must represent funds owned legitimately by the player. bi333 will report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities as required and reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds pending investigation where financial crime is suspected.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions at bi333 unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings generated from them — can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• Eligible games: Not all games at bi333 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that have not been met by the expiry date will be removed from your account without compensation.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed through the bi333 sportsbook and all wagers made in the bi333 casino are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product and event. These rules are published within the relevant section of the platform. In the event of a conflict between specific product rules and these general Terms, the specific product rules take precedence.

The following general rules apply across all bi333 betting and gaming products:

• Bet placement: A bet or wager is confirmed only when bi333's system has accepted it and issued a confirmation. Bets that have not been confirmed should not be assumed to be active. In the event of a technical failure during bet placement, bi333 will investigate using server logs to determine whether a bet was successfully placed.
• Odds and prices: Sports betting odds published on bi333 are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. bi333 reserves the right to correct any odds that were published erroneously. Bets accepted at erroneous odds may be settled at the correct odds or voided at bi333's discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

bi333 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward behaviour that undermines the integrity of the platform, harms other players, or constitutes illegal activity. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen payment methods, providing false identification, or engaging in any form of financial fraud in connection with your bi333 account.
• Money laundering: Using bi333 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that represent the proceeds of criminal activity, or using the platform's cashier as a mechanism for structuring financial transactions to conceal the origin of funds.
• Match fixing and insider betting: Placing bets using insider knowledge of the outcome of a sporting event, or participating in any arrangement to fix the outcome of an event on which bi333 offers betting markets.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino games — particularly poker or card games — to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets or interact with casino games on bi333, except where bi333 has explicitly granted written permission for such use.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, using hedging strategies to guarantee profit from bonus funds, or otherwise exploiting promotional offers in a manner contrary to their intended purpose.
• Abuse of staff: Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward bi333 support staff or other platform personnel. bi333 reserves the right to suspend accounts immediately where such conduct occurs.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile financial service provider in respect of a legitimate deposit to your bi333 account. Where a chargeback is raised, bi333 will suspend the associated account pending investigation.

bi333 employs sophisticated fraud detection and monitoring systems that operate continuously across all accounts and transactions. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, bi333 will take immediate action including but not limited to: suspending the account, withholding pending withdrawals, voiding open bets, forfeiting bonus balances, and reporting the activity to relevant authorities.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

bi333 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where bi333 has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where closure is required to protect the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

Players may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting bi333 support. The following account closure scenarios apply:

Players who have self-excluded from bi333 under the Responsible Gaming programme will have their accounts suspended for the duration of the self-exclusion period. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion by creating a new account or using another person's account will constitute a breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.

Following account closure, bi333 will retain your personal data in accordance with the bi333 Privacy Policy and applicable data retention requirements. You may request a copy of your data or its deletion (subject to legal retention obligations) by contacting [email protected].
